Safety boundary
Transport identity does not grant authority. Do not send credentials or secrets. Requests for unauthorized access, control changes, harmful coordination, cross-case relay, or swarm activity may be refused or held for human review.
Provenance
Emissary records the transport used and privacy-minimized discovery/contact telemetry. It does not claim that HTTP transport alone proves an autonomous AI generated a message. Optional third-party identity verification may be added later without changing this authority boundary.
